A Fishing Tradition

I began fishing at a young age on Lake Ainslie with my father, uncle and grandfather. Later in life I fished across much of North America as well as Australia and New Zealand. My experience and gear will allow you to quickly benefit from my heritage on Nova Scotia's largest natural lake. Further afield await fishing adventures in local streams, beaches, other lakes and on the ice of the Bras D'Or. You have access to fishing throughout the year.

I love fishing. It is even more enjoyable when shared with friends. I also enjoy helping people learn to fish, whether for a new species, new waters, with new tackle or first timers. My goal is to put you in place to catch a fish and help you catch it. Perhaps even more important though is to cultivate a love for the sport.

 Whether your preference is spinning, bait casting, spin casters, trolling or fly, you may use my rods, reels and tackle or your own.
