Choose Your Fishing Adventure!

Most choose to fish with me aboard Bos-Mon, on Lake Ainslie. You may catch Trout, Smallmouth Bass, White Bass or possibly a Striped Bass. Some have caught Trout, Smallies and White Bass all in the same outing. Up to 2 adults and two children may fish with me aboard Bos-Mon.  PFDs are mandatory. A  Bos-Mon day is capped at 6 hours. Total Fishers' weight must not exceed 670 lbs (305 kg)

Kayak fishing allows you to get very close to fish without alerting them to your presence. We can also get into areas where larger boats cannot venture. You fish aboard Marley while I accompany you aboard Knot at Work. Your experience will determine where we go. Only one fisher at a time on these outings. PFD required and supplied if needed. Up to 6 hours. Weight cannot exceed 350 lbs (160 kg)

Shore fishing into salt water is an option all year round. Fresh water lakes and streams are open from April to September. Up to four people may join me on the shore for up to 6 hours.

Fish on the ice of Bras D'Or lake from January to March. Daytime is great, nighttime is special. We fish for smelts or trout, might catch both. However it is salt water so really we could catch just about anything. My ice hut sits three. Up to four may join me on the ice for up to 6 hours. Don't worry, we can take turns in the hut and you get priority.

Fishers may use my rods, reels and tackle or their own. I have spinning rods, bait casting rods, spincasting rods, trolling rods, ice fishing rods and fly rods. Want to try something new? I don't fish while guiding, allowing me to help you try out new styles of fishing. This option unavailable while kayak fishing.
